A friend and I came out for spring break and were so blessed to have found this place it may not seem like much in the way of a five star hotel but I have never had customer service like that!!! We had two dogs and everyone was so friendly they gave us extra towels for the dogs so we could wash them and the people staying there whether long or short term were all so friendly and welcoming!!! I will definitely stay here again!!!!
Olina was super kind and the location is great. Previous bad reviews are from previous owners. Olina has turned this place around and the dog fees are super friendly. Solo traveler with 3 dogs. I highly recommend. Very close to the water and all beautiful lake havusa has to offer. I wish I could have stayed longer. Olina see if google can reset your reviews or remove from X timeline old owners to boost your biz. Thx again.
Olina Hotel is a masterpiece in hospitality. Ownership and management could not be any kinder or professional. Having resided in the Phoenix, Arizona area for most of my life, the quiet privacy and hospitality is a breath of fresh air. Guaranteed privacy is what you expect in lodgings, and guaranteed privacy is what you get at Olina Hotel. The rooms are immaculate, impeccably furnished, modern fixtures and furniture, and very clean. In fact, I would give the accommodations a 4 Star Rating. Very impressive for a moderately priced Hotel. Amenities include laundry, very strong and reliable WiFi, hundreds of TV channels, including NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and all the top movie channels, and an excellent night time patio. Olina Hotel is located right in the heart of Lake Havasu City's downtown district of nightclubs, shopping, and more. I highly recommend this quaint boutique styled Hotel to any traveler. And, these modern amenities are also available for long term snow birds and more.
Worst smelling place ever. Should have known right after I went inside and the air freshener was so overwhelming I had to breath through my shirt. The hallways upstairs smelled of musty mold. The room smelled of dog urine. I was afraid to look at the rest of the room afraid of what I might come across. Staff was friendly until the first inkling of a problem. Refused to refund or money at first. There were people hanging out in the parking lot in broken down vehicles doing what was obviously drugs. Went next door to their sister hotel. Another big mistake. But, Royal in at least was willing to transfer cost of room over their. Never ever again

My stay here with so comfortable in the rooms are so cozy and I love the owner she's an amazing woman I felt safe and my animals were welcomed as well.. did I mention the beautiful sunsets?
Don't pay attention to the negative reviews! This place is a gem! The negative reviews apply to the previous ownership. The new owner has been renovating for the past two or three years and renovations are to complete this spring. The renovated rooms are nicely decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The service is impeccable and very personal. The location is very central to downtown and not far from the lake. I highly recommend!
